Shipping Returns - you have 10 days from confirmed delivery to send back to us. We must receive on or before the 10th day or it will not be accepted. Items must have tags still attached and returned in new condition, free from stains and smells. Return form must be filled out and sent back with your item(s) or we cannot process your return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All sales final on: clearance, jewelry, lashes, accessories, leggings, bralettes, seasonal merchandise and preorders.
PickUp Returns - you have 7 days from the day of PURCHASE, not from the day you picked up, to bring back for an exchange or store credit. You MUST bring your invoice slip with you (as it acts as your receipt), with tags still attached & free from stains and smells.
Damaged Items: if you receive a damaged/defective item, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving/picking up. Please message the Facebook business page, Junk in the Trunk Boutique, with photos and description of the damaged item(s). Please look over your garments entirely before removing tags. Once tags are removed, we cannot take the item(s) back for any reason. No exceptions.
If the items you’re returning do not meet these guidelines, they will be sent back to you. You will be sent an invoice for return shipping, if not paid within 5 days the items will be donated to a charity of our choice.
We will hold pickup items for 30 days in store. After 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made, the items will be donated.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to outdated or incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for stolen packages. All packages come with tracking - but once it is picked up by USPS it is out of our hands.
