As long as your return meets the requirements, simply fill your return form out that is included in your package and return it back with your item(s)! if you have a change of heart & wish to completely cancel your order, you may only do so before the item(s) have shipped & a store credit will be issued. We do not refund for any reason.

- We must receive items back in our hands within 10 days of confirmed delivery to you if you had the items shipped and are shipping them back.
- IF YOU CHOSE PICK UP IN STORE, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE, NOT THE DATE YOU PICK UP, TO RETURN. If you picked up the items in store but are wishing to return them through mail, the 7 day window also applies to you!
- If you had the item(s) shipped, but are returning in store instead of shipping back, the 7 day return window applies from the day the items were delivered to you. You may exchange for something different in store, however, if you wish to receive store credit the credit will be good for online only since the returned purchase was made online.
- You will receive store credit ONLY. Store credit will be offered in the form of a gift card sent via email. NO CASH/CARD RETURNS.
- All items must be returned in original condition – all tags MUST be attached, & items MUST be free from stains & smells – unworn & unwashed
- ALL SALES FINAL on jewelry, clearance, leggings, bralettes, camis, lashes, accessories (caps, hats, purses, etc), seasonal merchandise & items discounted 25% or more.
- All packages are sent priority mail (1-3 days) and come with tracking - Once tracking shows the package has been delivered we are no longer responsible for it - if you are in an area that has high theft, we recommend having packages sent to a PO Box as we are not reliable for stolen packages.
- We are not responsible for lost packages being sent back to us - we recommend you insure the package you are returning.
- Damaged items must be messaged to our Facebook business page, Junk in the Trunk Boutique, within 72 hours of delivery - TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, so check over your garments before removing.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside of a shipping box or mailer. Using the shoebox as the shipping method will not be accepted.
- ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU – you will be sent an invoice for return shipping – if not paid within 5 days, the items will be donated to a charity of our choice
- If your items do not meet the requirements, or you’d rather not send back, you are free to post your items in our Facebook resale group, Junk in the Trunk Boutique – RESALE GROUP.
