We hope you love your new item(s), but in the case that you don’t, we want our customers to be completely satisfied! As long as your return meets the requirements, simply fill this form out and include it in your package! We offer store credit only, minus shipping costs– no refunds.
- We must receive your package within 10 days from confirmed delivery to you.
- All items must be returned in original condition – all tags MUST be attached, & items MUST be free from stains & smells – unworn & unwashed
- ALL SALES FINAL on jewelry, clearance, leggings, bralettes, camis, lashes, accessories (caps, hats, purses, etc) & seasonal merchandise
- Damaged items must be messaged to our Facebook business page, Junk in the Trunk Boutique, within 72 hours of delivery - TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, so check over your garments before removing.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, inside of a shipping box or mailer. Using the shoebox as the shipping method will not be accepted.
- ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU – you will be sent an invoice for return shipping – if not paid within 5 days, the items will be donated to a charity of our choice
- If your items do not meet the requirements, or you’d rather not send back, you are free to post your items in our Facebook resale group, Junk in the Trunk Boutique – RESALE GROUP.
**A RETURN FORM WILL BE INCLUDED IN EACH SHIPPED PACKAGE. YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM ON THE BOTTOM PART THAT IS INCLUDED FOR RETURNS TO BE ACCEPTED.**
